Position Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven intern to become a part of our Marketing and Operations team. In this internship, you’ll engage in hands-on learning, contributing to marketing initiatives and assisting with day-to-day operational activities. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who have a passion for travel and are eager to build their expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, digital ads, etc.).
• Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Conduct market research to uncover travel trends, identify target audiences, and analyze competitor strategies.
• Support the coordination and development of partnerships with travel influencers, bloggers, and affiliates.
• Help manage bookings, respond to customer inquiries, and assist with operational logistics.
• Track and analyze data on campaign performance to measure effectiveness.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Assist in the organization and promotion of travel-related events and experiences.

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field.
• A strong passion for travel and the tourism industry.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Experience with photo/video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is an advantage.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
